Full time permanent – Monday to Friday (no weekends)

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Sales Office Manager to join us here at Countrywide Healthcare. Your experience and dedication will be appreciated here, where you’ll manage and coach an enthusiastic Sales Office team to support our field sales teams nationally. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales office team including employee appraisals, recruitment and ensuring that the team meet objectives against individual KPI’s.
  • To act as role model to sale office staff, demonstrating behaviours that support sales growth & encourage high levels of customer service.
  • To ensure the internal sales team have adequate training & knowledge to confidently service the requirements of customers in a professional & courteous manner.
  • Understanding the characteristics of the product range in order to effectively support the sales team with this information.
  • To ensure that the on-boarding of new business is managed effectively & without issue.
  • To deal with customer issues/internal queries as a point of escalation should elevated ownership and decision making prove necessary.
  • To drive performance for promotional sales activity, ensuring that the team deliver the results required against target.
  • To monitor the team activity and performance, ensuring business processes are being adhered to & prospective sales opportunities are maximised.
  • To perform any additional duties required to support the business needs.

 

We are looking for someone with:

 

  • Experience of managing a sales office team.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to engage and inspire the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Good commercial judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in dispute resolution.
  • IT skills in particular Microsoft Office and CRM software.
