Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our depot operations in Woolwich. You'll act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, ensuring routes are coordinated effectively, KPIs are achieved, and excellent customer service is delivered.
The Operations Coordinator role at Mayflower will involve:
- Coordinate service routes and ensure stock and equipment are available.
- Process route completion and attendance records accurately.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Resolve customer queries and support service delivery
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to the Depot Manager.
The ideal candidate for a Operations Coordinator at Mayflower will have:
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within operations, logistics, transport, service coordination, or depot administration
- Knowledge of fleet compliance or service route planning.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience of working with KPIs and operational performance measures.
