Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations and ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for accurately picking and assembling orders, managing stock movements, assisting with customer collections, and preparing goods for dispatch.
The Warehouse Operative role at Mayflower will involve:
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Allocating stock accurately to customer orders
- Assisting with goods-in processes and van loading as required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
- Achieving agreed picking and productivity targets
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative at Mayflower will have:
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
- A proactive approach to maintaining warehouse standards
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence ( desirable)
